Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using churchsecurity.co and related services (the “Service”) operated by Church Security Co., a DBA of The Growth Executive LLC (“Church Security Co.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Acceptable Use Policy (available upon request). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email we send.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

Please be advised the Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by following the instructions in the Termination section below.

A valid payment method is required to process payment. By submitting payment information, you authorize Church Security Co. to charge all Subscription and related fees incurred through your account.

Accounts more than 60 days past due are subject to deletion.

Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period (“Free Trial”). If you enter billing information when signing up, you will not be charged until the Free Trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time.

Fee Changes

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, modify Subscription fees. Any change will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle with prior notice provided.

Refunds

Except where required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content

You are responsible for all Content you upload, post, or share through the Service. By posting Content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute such Content in connection with operating the Service.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict Content at our discretion.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Volunteer Approval & Compliance Disclaimer

Church Security Co. provides scheduling, communication, and process management tools to assist organizations in managing their volunteers. We do not screen, vet, or approve volunteers, nor do we provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all volunteers meet legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Implementing appropriate background checks, training, and safety procedures.
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to volunteer management, safety, and security.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Church Security Co. accepts no liability for your organization’s selection, approval, training, or oversight of volunteers, and that your organization assumes full responsibility for compliance and legal obligations in all relevant jurisdictions.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please email us at contact@churchsecurity.co with “Copyright Infringement” in the subject line and details as required by the DMCA.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided Content) remain the exclusive property of Church Security Co. and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

To cancel your subscription, you must complete the cancellation request form provided by us.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Church Security Co., its affiliates, and its staff from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHURCH SECURITY CO. OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

This limitation expressly includes any claims related to the selection, approval, or oversight of volunteers, which remain your organization’s sole responsibility.

Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect.
