About Church Security
A Shepherd’s Watch. A Servant’s Heart.
We bridge the gap between biblical principles and practical safety — so your congregation can gather, worship, and grow without fear.
Why we built this
Every church deserves a prepared team.
Most churches want to protect their people — but they’re managing security volunteers with spreadsheets, group texts, and binders no one’s opened in years. When something happens, they’re scrambling.
Church Security gives every church — regardless of size or budget — the tools to recruit, screen, train, and schedule a prepared volunteer team. For the room. And for the children.
The founders
Built by the people who live this.

James Martin
Co-Founder
James has spent over two decades planting and growing churches while serving as a first responder. He currently runs the security team at his own church — and built this platform because he lived the problem firsthand.
“Keeping congregations safe isn’t a side project — it’s a calling.”
Tracy Martin
Co-Founder
Tracy spent years as an intake coordinator at a national youth mentoring program, screening volunteers to keep predators away from kids. She brought that same rigor to the platform — and it shows in every step of the child-protection onboarding flow.
Her work ensures that every church using Church Security meets a real standard for child volunteer screening — not just a checkbox.
He protects the room. She protects the children. Together they built the tool every church needs for both.
Our philosophy
Theology in Practice
Theology shapes your philosophy of ministry, and your philosophy of ministry directly informs your practice. We understand how these layers connect — and we build tools that reflect that.
Every safeguard we help you implement is grounded in both spiritual conviction and real-world application. We don’t treat safety as a compliance exercise — we treat it as an act of faithful stewardship over the people God has placed in your care.
